My garage door broke suddenly and after getting quoted for various different services that ran up to over $1,000, I reached out to Reyes Garage Door. Their prices were fair, they were patient and helpful over the phone and the next morning, Jose and his son came out to install a new garage door opener unit. Installation was quick and professional, and Jose recommended a few maintenance services for next time. I really appreciate how helpful he was and how all of our interactions felt genuine, transparent, and not like he was trying to push a service. The other company that quoted me wanted all sorts of replacements and maintenance on my door that I didn't need! I will definitely be reaching back out to Reyes Garage Door in the future. Every once in a while a company working on our house turns out to be a true gem. Reyes Garage Door is one of those gems! We asked for help because our garage doors needed to be balanced plus one of our garage door openers needed to be replaced. Jose and his two sons came the same day I called and made quick work of the projects. The price was very reasonable! I am very pleased with the garage door installation! I can tell Jose takes pride in his work … even the power cord and control wiring were neatly installed and not left dangling from the ceiling. I have added his number to my phone contacts. Should the need arise we will be contacting Reyes Garage Door for help!

We moved into our house 3 yrs ago and who knows how old our garage door opener is and if it has been serviced. Our clicker key pad stopped working, our remote opener stopped working and it became a hassle. I called Cowtown Garage Door but only got voicemail. So I called the next in the list in Google—Jose Reyes who gave us great service. We called him at 1:20 and in 20 minutes he came and did a free check and assessment; very responsive. He replaced our garage door opener and keypad and replaced the chain that is about to snap, greased all joints. After a few hours our garage door opens and closes quietly and all remote connections are working. I highly recommend Reyes Garage Door.

We called Reyes Garage Door LLC because the torsion spring on our garage door broke. Jose came out and replaced that. In addition, our garage motor was 23 years old, so we decided to have him go ahead and replace it with a new unit. He did all that and programmed our existing remotes to work with the new garage opener, and his price was very fair. He was professional, patient with our questions, and his workmanship is top notch. We're going to have him back out to fix our solar powered gate soon, because he works on those, too. So glad we found Reyes Garage Door LLC, and highly recommend them!
